The stainless-steel bottling table is a quality custom built unit with a small footprint. It is designed to be used together with a purification plant and can be connected to the purified water storage tank. The unit comes equipped with a self-priming stainless-steel pump to draw the water from the purified water storage tank. The water is pumped through a final taste and odour filter to 4 x taps on top and one tap on the side. There is also a water meter fitted onto the unit to monitor the volume of water bottled.
Purification equipment
The table is also designed to be able to fit a small start up RO unit in the bottom. This includes a 3 stage 10” Big blue filter with sediment, carbon and siliphos as pre filtration. The RO unit has 4 x 180 gpd membranes and will be able to produce approximately 2000 liters of purified water per day. The unit also includes a cable float switch that is used to automatically switch the RO unit on and off with the level of the purified water tank. To sterilise the water before bottling and keep the water fresh in the storage tank a 500mg ozonator is used. The unit includes a small pump to introduce ozone in the water, a non-return valve and a timer switch to adjust the amount of ozone added to the water.
